- One Mexican variant of Desert Rose is pale pink with pale pink hair and a dark pink rose as her cutie mark. She is in the Donkey Pose. She came with a flower hairclip, a bowtie hairclip, a brush, and a wand accessory (colors vary). This variant was packaged on a traditional card.
- Another variant is also pale pink in the Walking Pose, packaged in a transparent pink house case with a brush, 2 hair clips, and a wand. the colors of these accessories vary
Unlike the US version, the Mexican variants of Desert Rose are made of hard plastic, and are pale pink instead of white.
